The 2013/2014 Grassroots Program, originally held at the St. Croix Educational Complex, will be moved to the Upper Bethlehem land area next to the Aureo Diaz Heights housing community. Although the location has been changed, the program will still be held from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturdays.
