Winicent Fredricka Payne Dies at 81

Winicent Fredricka Payne Winicent Fredricka Payne, also known as "Winnie," of Estate Anna’s Hope died on Aug. 13. She died at 81.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Milton Payne; mother, Mary Julian-Sealey; and father, John Sealey.
She is survived by her sons: Anthony, Albert, Andrew and Arnold Payne; grandchildren: Milton Anthony Payne II, Jay L. George Jr., Brianna A. Hicks, Ky’mora A. Myles, Shanai’i N. and Michael R. Cuencas, Caiden L. Brown, Keziah Hedrington, Anayah J. George, Jah’zarie Simmonds, Rhianna Y. and Raheem Z. Hodge; daughters-in-law: Evelyn Payne and Jacqueline Payne; grandson: Milton Anthony Payne II; adopted grandchildren: Jay L. George, Jr., Brianna A. Hicks, Ky’mora A. Myles, Shanai’i N. and Michael R. Cuencas, Caiden L. Brown, Keziah Hedrington, Anayah J. George, Jah’zarie Simmonds, Rhianna Y. and Raheem Z. Hodge; sisters: Esmy Thomas, Mavis Preddy and Shirley Clendenen; and brothers: Norman, Roy, Earle and James Sealey.
Other survivors include nieces: Lauren Armstrachan, Cordelia Robinson, Jasmine, Beryl and Maritza Sealey, Vivian and Monica Jackson, Debora and Lorma Sealey, Delicia Espinosa, Yvette Clendenen, Marion Acosta, Lauren Lisa Williams, Sheryl Sealey, Noreen Whitehead and Angel Sealey: nephews: Gregory Thomas, Mickey, Earl and Lars Presbly, Lloyd Clendenen Jr., Terrence, Wayne, Roy Jr., Robert and Maurice Sealey, Leon Sealey Jr., Norman Sealey Jr., Randall Sealey, Lawrence Sealey and Rodrick Moorhead; special friends: Ruth Ferdinand and Marie Dangleben; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 30, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Orange Grove, Christiansted. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
