Glendour Julius Dies at 62

Glendour Julius Glendour Julius died on April 5 at Schneider Regional Medical Center. She was 62 years old.
She is survived by Denfield E. Merrick; daughters: Sharon Christopher and Dornis Christopher; grandchildren: Essphonnia Christopher, Ralph Mckenzie, Reshaud Mckenzie, Sheneka Davis, Shenell Davis, Shenee’ Christopher, Makilah Francis and De’Jon Walker; great-grandchildren: Tanee’ Wright, Tseyvion Woodcook, JaMarion Mckenzie, Reyonna Mckenzie, LaRiah Mckenzie and Zayden Butler; brother, Ashton Julius; sisters: Selina Cannonier, Florence Julius Hines, Beverly Julius and Shirley Murraine; stepbrother and stepsister: Malcolm Daniel and Mary Daniel; and nieces: LaVerne Cannonier Hill, Meika Cannonier, Daret Cannonier, Donna Cannonier, Zelpha Farrell, Janelle Murraine and Liana Murraine.
She is also survived by nephews: Lucien Cannonier, Ashford Julius, Perry Farrell, Kevin Julius, Kael Cobb and St. Clair Murraine Jr.; brothers-in-law: Jonny Cannonier and Vancy Hines; sister-in-law, Enrica Julius; granddaughter-in-law, Tameshkie McKenzie; adopted mother, Susanna Maynard; adopted sisters: Bernadette V. Melendez and Anne P. Maynard; adopted brother, Dr. Patrick Callender; adopted nephew and nieces: Joseph Melendez Jr., Joette Melendez and Joliyah Melendez-Al-Arefi; special friends: Vernice Farrell, Mary Francis Rawlins, Lenore R. Daniel, Ms. Erskine, Pastor Lawrence and Evette Turnbull, and the St. Paul Baptist Church family; as well as other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
A first viewing will be held from 8-9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will take place at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, at St. Paul’s Baptist Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
All arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, 774-1464.
