Tourism Experiencing Telephone Service Interruptions

The Department of Tourism’s St. Thomas office continues to experience problems with its telephone system. Callers may experience ringing without an answer, inability to leave a voice message or calls that cannot be transferred. Tourism would like to apologize for this inconvenience as it continues to work with Innovative Telephone to correct these problems. Telephone service to its offices on St. Croix (772-0357) and St. John (776-6450) as well as e-mail service has not been affected.
Callers are encouraged to continue dialing the St. Thomas office line as some calls are coming through successfully.
