Humane Society of St. Thomas Plans Annual Valentine Ball

The Humane Society of St. Thomas asks the public to please remember the homeless, abandoned animals that require its generosity for their very lives. The Society is reaching out to its friends once again to support the Valentine Ball, its biggest fundraiser of the year.
The ball raises much needed funds for daily shelter operations including food, life-saving medication, staff salaries and other necessities to keep the shelter running and provide the residents with the best care. The new campus can house many more animals, and between the ones staying at the campus and in foster care the Humane Society is currently responsible for over 300 animals. While it is saving more lives than ever before, this comes with increased operating costs and it cannot continue this work without the public’s support.
No donation is too big or too small. Both business and personal ads are great additions to the booklet. There are sponsorship and donation opportunities as well. Presence at the event also makes a difference, and tickets are now available.
The theme this year is "Flying Down to Rio" — a fun, festive and elegant evening.
If there are any questions, contact The Humane Society of St. Thomas at 775-0599 or by e-mail at info@hsstt.com.
The public’s generosity is appreciated and makes a huge difference in the lives of thousands of voiceless, abused and neglected animals that come through the Society’s doors each year.
