All administrative offices will be open on Dec. 24, 31 and Jan. 2 (except for on St. Croix) and Jan. 3. They will be closed on Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1, Jan. 2 (St. Croix only), Jan. 4, 5, 6 and 7.
