St. John Schools Bring in Christmas Spirit With Ballroom Dancing

Fifth graders at the Julius E. Sprauve, Guy Benjamin and Gifft Hill schools on St. John have been pairing up and practicing their dancing steps in preparation for the Ballroom Dancing Competition, which will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, at the Winston Wells Ball Field.
The public is invited to attend and look out for the traditional ballroom dances such as the minuet, polonaise, polka and more.
