Veronica Elaine Dabrio Francis Dies at 85

Veronica Elaine Dabrio Francis Veronica Elaine Dabrio Francis of Estate Strawberry Hill died on Nov. 7 at her residence. She was 85 years old.
She is survived by her daughters: Venetta Adams, Ruth Dabrio, Patricia Dabrio, Dorita Dabrio, Alma Dabrio, Rita Francis and Hilda Francis; sons: Cordell Dabrio, Fitztroy Dabrio, Walter Dabrio, Levi Dabrio and Chester Adams; grandchildren: Angelina E. Esprit, Tyrone Dabrio, Mitchell Dabrio, Antonio Dabrio, Sylvia Dabrio, Sharno Jiles, Sherilita Dabrio, Tracy Dabrio, Charmika Dabrio, Patrick Dabrio, Subira Dabrio, Simona Rogers and Yuhaana Rogers; great-grandchildren: Renicia Dabrio, Keithroy Dabrio, Sarane James, Aaron James, Shaina Carroll, Shanequa Carroll and Johnathan Carroll; sons-in-law: John Dabrio and Mack Dabrio; sisters: Delores Gumbs, Virginia Harris, Vinola Davis, Helena Adams and Gwendolyn Daniel; brothers: Lindy Adams, Stanley Adams and Ellerton Adams; as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, special friends, cousins and other relatives too numerous to mention.
Tributes will take place at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Bethel A.M.E. Church, Christiansted. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
