Lt. Gov. Gregory R. Francis today offered his deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Lowell Schuster, upon learning of the death of this icon and champion of the St. Croix business community.
“The territory has lost a great friend. Mr. Schuster was a true champion for entrepreneurism and our islands’ economic well-being,” Lt. Gov. Francis said. “He was a gentleman that I am honored to have known and on behalf of my wife, Cheryl, and the staff at the Lieutenant Governor’s Office, I extend sincere condolences to all those who mourn his passing. He will be missed.”
