The Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation will conduct its annual Thanksgiving Basketball Tournament from Nov. 21-24 at the St. Croix Central High School Ronald Charles Gymnasium, according to a press release issued Thursday by the department.
The schedule of games includes:
November 21 at 6 p.m.
November 23 at 10 a.m.
November 24 at 10 a.m.
*There will not be a game on Thanksgiving Day
Commissioner St. Claire N. Williams said, “Rosters are being accepted for ages 12 and under, as well as for ages 13 to 15, 16 to 18 and Girls Junior Varsity and Varsity. I encourage all who are interested to sign up for these greatly anticipated holiday season games.”
The St. Thomas-St. John district will hold a Christmas Basketball Tournament for these same age groups at the Alvin McBean Complex on St. Thomas. Dates will be announced once confirmed.
