Henry J. (Hank) Williams of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Winter Haven, Fla. and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, died on Nov. 3. He was born on May 17, 1929, and was 83 years old.
He is survived by Helga, his wife of 46 years; his brother Morton Williams and wife Janis; son, Jeff; and their beloved grandson, Brennan.
At his request there will be no service.
As Hank’s health declined, he remained strong in spirit and always had a ready smile, focusing on the good life he had.
His passing was a gradual transition after a long illness, and sad but unhurried good-byes.
He was a gentle man who loved simply, as his Heaven was right here on Earth.
God loved him through people.
