Detectives from the Youth Investigation Bureau are asking for the community’s help in locating a missing minor who was last seen Monday at the Whim basketball court in Frederiksted.
Antonio Reginald Ritter is 15 years-old, 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 153 pounds. He has a brown complexion and short black hair. He has no facial hair.
According to the V.I. Police Department, Ritter was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and navy blue basketball shorts with an Arthur A. Richards Junior High School logo.
Anyone who has seen Ritter or knows where he may be should contact the Youth Investigation Bureau at 712-6088 or police emergency 911. Anyone found to be harboring this missing minor, assisting him to evade police or persuading him to stay away from home, faces criminal charges, the department said.
