Some Customers May Need to Re-register for Innovative Online Payment

On Sept. 17, Innovative converted to its new billing and operating system. While the migration was mostly seamless for customers, there is one item that requires action on the part of Innovative subscribers. Some customers who have set up an online account in the previous billing system may need to re-register for an online account in order to make future online payments.
It is important to note that customers who have already migrated to the new Hybrid Fiber Optic and Coaxial Cable (HFC) network and wireless customers are exempt from having to re-register for online payments. Customers who would like to register before the new bill arrives can call the business office to acquire their new customer and statement number to register for online payments. Customers will receive the requisite information to register when they receive the new bill statement.
Customers with questions regarding this notice should contact the Innovative Business Office at 779-9999. Innovative’s Business Office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
