St. Croix: The Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau needs your assistance to identify and arrest the killer(s) of 32-year-old Ecliff James. James was providing security at Club 54 on Aug. 18 when he was shot and killed.
Stop the reign of violence by telling police what you know about this or any other unsolved murder. The minimum reward for the arrest of a murderer is $1,500.
St. John: On Aug. 6 at 8 p.m., a patron leaving the Parrot Club Casino in Cruz Bay discovered that someone had stolen his iPhone 4S, valued at $400.
The minimum reward for the arrest of a thief is $536 plus 10 percent of the value of any stolen property that is recovered.
St. Thomas: On Aug. 11 at 12:30 a.m., two women were walking in the back of Jane E. Tuitt School in Savan when a masked, armed man approached them. He demanded that they give him their bags and then ran off. The stolen items include an LG cell phone, three immigration documents and $150 in cash.
The arrest of an armed robber results in a minimum reward of $900 plus 10 percent of the value of any stolen property that is recovered.
