Leslie James Moorehead of Estate Elizabeth died on Aug. 20, after a brief illness. He was 100 years old.
He is survived by his sons: Robert, Roy and Ronald Moorehead; daughter, Carol Hymes; three daughters-in-laws; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sisters-in-law, Clely Berry and Carmen Sibilly; brothers-in-law, Paul Berry and Leo Sibilly; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A first viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. There will be a second viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 31, at Nisky Moravian Church. Interment will be at Mafolie Cemetery.
