Jr. Gardening & Ecology Academy Holds Closing Ceremony

The Junior Gardening & Ecology Academy Inc. will hold its closing ceremony and academy awards program at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16. The general public is invited to come and meet its future farmers, doctors, lawyers and scientist who are young participants of the academy, ages 6 to 14 years old. The academy is celebrating its 20th year anniversary. The students have travelled to Tortola, B.V.I., to swim with the dolphins, went on camping trips, kayaked through the Mangrove Lagoon and Marine Sanctuary, attended the movies, took field trips to Coral World Marine Park, went horseback riding and much more. Your support and contributions will be greatly appreciated.
