Keshaun R. Stephens Dies at 18

Keshaun R. Stephens, also known as “Kemist,” died on June 3 at the age of 18 at Schneider Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Marcia A. Julien; grandmothers: Antonette Julien and Altagracia Stephens; sisters: Renelle Stephens, Rena Stephens and Ranisha Stephens; brothers: Rashaun Stephens, Renald-Riel Stephens and Paul “Lucky” Smith; aunts: Charlene Julien,Michelle Julien and Sadie Julien ; uncles : Marlon Julien and Leon George; nephews : Willis W. Pinney III, Rekai R. Pinney and Kaihir Smith; great aunts: Sylvia Stephens-Penn, Josepha Gerard and Mildred George; godparents: Vandrina Daley, Patrece Donadelle, JoAnn Crawford-Christian, Edward Felix and Gene Louis; and great-great aunt, Zephyra Hendricks.

The first viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, at Davis Funeral Home. The second viewing will take place from 7:45-8:45 a.m. on Friday, June 15, at Davis Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Interment will be in Western Cemetery No. 2.
