Two Arrested for DUI After Auto Accidents

St. Thomas police arrested Jennifer Villacourt and Brian Patrick Sullivan last week and charged them each with drunk driving in two unrelated incidents.

Villacourt, 21, was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the Red Hook Plaza area after she was involved in an auto accident. Police said Villacourt appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was unable to keep her balance while performing the field sobriety test. The said she failed the Breathalyzer test and her bail was set at $500.

Sullivan was also involved in an auto accident around 4 p.m. on March 1. Police said he failed the field sobriety test and failed the Breathalyzer test. His bail was set at $2,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending a court appearance.
