St. Croix Animal Welfare Center Holds Challenge Finale Adoptions

St. Croix Animal Welfare Center (AWC) will hold its ASPCA Challenge finale Barktoberfest Adoptions Extravaganza from 12:30-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29.
All of its Crucian supporters are asked to join AWC for decorations, treats, and adoptions specials, which will include free micro-chipping for the first 25 pets (sponsored by EPayment Amercia), Halloween pet fashions and discounts on adoptions.
"This is one of the final opportunities for St. Croix to adopt a pet during the ASPCA Challenge and help AWC win prizes," said adoptions coordinator Melissa Pieffer. "We’ve gotten lots of votes in the online competition, now we need adopters to come out and join us and find room in their homes and hearts for a shelter pet.”
For more information, call Melissa Pieffer in the adoptions department at AWC 778-1651.
