The Department of Human Services will host a series of free workshops for non-profit organizations on board development, resource/fundraising development and the use of social media. Workshops are scheduled for St. Thomas on Saturday, July 30 through Tuesday, Aug. 2, at the Sugar Estate Head Start Complex, and St Croix on Thursday, Aug. 4 through Saturday, Aug. 6, at the V.I. Cardiac Center conference room. Workshops will begin at 9 a.m.
