Agenda:
The 29th Legislature will convene a Committee of the Whole Zoning Hearing to receive testimony on the following zoning amendment:
1845 Corporation (Theodore Cohen, authorized agent) – Request for amendment to Official Zoning Map for Parcel Nos. 341, 342, 343 and 344 Estate Enfield Green, Prince Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (residential – low density, one and two family) to B-3 (business – scattered)
Purpose: to develop a shopping center with a service station

Committee on Finance
Agenda:
The committee will meet to consider the following bills:
Bill No. 29-0113 – An Act to reprogram funds from the Office of Management and Budget to the Department of Human Services for use in its social programs
Bill No. 29-0083 – An Act amending Title 33 V.I.C., chapter 111, to establish the “Single Payer Utility Fund” and the parameters for its use

Agenda:
Committee of the Whole Zoning Hearing
The 29th Legislature will convene in the Committee of the Whole Zoning Hearing to receive testimony on the following zoning amendments:
Guilderoy Sprauve – To rezone Parcel No. 17J-1, Estate Adrian, No 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, for a variance to the current R-1 (residential – low density) zoning
Purpose: for the construction of a service station
Klaus Newburger and Jackie Bryan Newburger – To rezone the Remainder, Parcel No. 2-A, Estate Crown and Hawk, No. 3 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (residential – low density) to S (special)
Purpose: To allow for the construction of sixty affordable, single-family homes and forty townhouses

No committee meetings are scheduled.
Thursday, June 16
The meeting of the Committee on Economic Development, Technology and Agriculture has been canceled to accommodate the funeral arrangements for the former Governor Juan F. Luis of the Virgin Islands.

Agenda:
The committee will meet to consider the following bills:
Bill No. 29-0087 – An Act amending Title 29, V.I.C. as it relates to the Economic Development Commission and small businesses
Bill No. 29-0103 — An Act to amend Title 7, V.I.C., chapter 13, to create the V.I. Lion Fish Management Initiative
Bill No. 29-0104 – An Act to repeal and reenact Title 7, V.I. C., chapter 13, of the Farmer’s Fisherman and Consumers’ Assistance Act
