Lockhart Elementary school announces the school’s Anti-Bullying Poster Contest and seeks the public’s participation in judging the entries. “The posters are now on display at the Earl C. The school is asking the public to stop by, take a look at them, select an available ballot provided onsite, vote and place the ballot in the available box,” Principal Carla Sarauw said.
