Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers is asking your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

St. Croix: On Aug. 27 at about 7:10 p.m. on Rattan Road in the vicinity of #76-O La Grande Princess, Robert Richards, a 61-year-old, was found lying on the southern edge of the roadway after being struck and killed by a motorist. Accidents happen, but hit and run is unacceptable. If you were driving on Rattan Road around the time of this incident and saw something, please tell us what you know. Help detectives identify the driver and the vehicle and help bring closure to the family. If you were the driver of this vehicle, we recommend you turn yourself in, as the justice system will definitely take that into consideration.

St. John: Between Friday Feb. 18 at 4 pm and the following Monday at 7 a.m., Alfredo’s Landscaping at #5 Enighed in the First Quarter Cruz Bay was burglarized. Two Stihl 85 weed eaters and a motorized Stihl hedge trimmer were stolen. Help law enforcement locate this equipment and the burglar. The minimum cash reward is $714 for the arrest of a burglary suspect.

St. Thomas: In recent weeks there have been too many incidents of adult males being suspected of sexual assaults on children. It is time to put a stop to these incidents. Please assist law enforcement agencies and families to find and prosecute these predators of our young. Let someone know what is going on in your home or in your neighborhood.
