Workshops for Families of Persons With Mental Health Disabilities Slated

The University of the Virgin Islands-Virgin Islands University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VIUCEDD) will be hosting a workshop for siblings of persons with developmental and mental health disabilities, family members, caretakers and service providers. The specific concerns and needs of siblings/family members will be addressed as well as issues of support and future care planning.
The workshop will be held on St. Thomas, on Monday, Feb. 7, at the UVI ACC Building. On St. Croix, it will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at the UVI Campus, Northwest Wing Great Hall. ON both campuses it will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
