Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers is asking your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.
St. Croix: In the last 12 months, a wave of unsolved shootings has left several young men dead and several others hospitalized. Help detectives find the perpetrators and put an end to this senseless violence. The minimum reward for the arrest of a homicide suspect is $1,250.
St. John: Between July 13 and July 16, burglars entered a residence at 6511 Susannaberg and stole several items, including four rolls of electrical wire, five bins of plumbing fixtures, over twelve pieces of wood, and several electrical boxes. Police suspect that a vehicle was used to remove these items. The minimum reward for an arrest is $714.
St. Thomas: On Jan. 19, 2006 at about 11 p.m. at Carib Beach Resort at Lindbergh Bay, Royal Caribbean employee Blair Shannon was killed after being shot several times, possibly as the result of a robbery. Help police find the killer(s). The minimum reward for an arrest is $1,250.
Community members can submit tips on these or any other crimes at www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Your tips are completely anonymous, and the stateside operators are bilingual. If a tip leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property, illegal drugs, or weapons, the tipster receives a cash reward to be paid according to their instructions.
Only anonymous callers to Crime Stoppers are eligible for these cash rewards. Our technology makes it virtually impossible for anyone to trace your tip back to you. To learn how it works, visit www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org.
Crime Stoppers USVI is pleased to report that your tips have recently enabled law enforcement to make four new arrests for which we have authorized new rewards totaling $2,857. Please check to see if your tip led to one of these arrests. To join us in the fight against crime, please visit our website and become a member.
