Landmarks Society Offering Workshops for Youth Groups and Campers

The St. Croix Landmarks Society’s Culture and History workshops bring St. Croix’s history alive for young people. They begin with a guided tour of Estate Whim or the Lawaetz Family Museum. Then participants will enjoy fun workshops that include "Can You Dig It?" "Walk Like a Mocko Jumbie," "Historical Role Play," "Treasure Hunt" and "Old-Time Games on My Great-Grandparents’ Porch." The workshops are available on Wednesdays and Fridays. Fees are $7 per child, and there is no fee for chaperones.

Summer camps and youth groups may make reservations by contacting Valerie Robinson at 772-0598.
