George H. Ceasar, also known as "G” or “Gene," of Barron Spot died on June 29. He was 77 years old.
He is survived by his daughters: Everille Claxton and Eleta Grovell; son, Ishmael C. Claxton; stepdaughter, Ern Sel Browne; stepsons: Vincent A. and Steve A. Richards; grandchildren: Iyfield Gene Claxton, Marie Denise Claxton, Channon Grovell, Cheryl Grovell, Charlene Grovell, Patricia Browne, Victor Browne Jr. and Steven Browne; great-grandchild, Andre Grant; daughter-in-law, Nadeye Claxton; and son-in-law, Victor Browne. He is also survived by sisters: Marie Flemming, Mildred George, Emeline Hanley and Rebecca Huggins; brothers: Albert, Emmanuel and Derrick Hanley; nieces: Juliana, Valerie, MArlene and Cavel Flemming, and Avril Hanley; nephew, Steve Hanley; great nieces: Zeleca Flemming, Ketanya and Tanya Hanley; great nephews: Jeval and Joshoua Woods, David Gumbs and George Huggins; special friends: Alphonso Brooks, Marie Guisnard, John Davis and Pearl Hodge; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 6, at the Faith of Christ in Upper Love. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
