Hector Rafael Delacruz Garcia of Queen Street died on March 22 at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 74 years old.
He survived by his daughters: Cruz Aleida Rodriguez, Clara Alejandra Rodriguez, Anacelia Andrews and Aracelis Torres; sons: Hector Rafael Jr., DeLaCruz; stepson, Jose Otañez; daughters-in-law: Elga, Nidelsa, Glemis, Tina, Karen, Jocelyn and Tamara Hawkins; and sons-in-law: Jose Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Robert A. Andrews and Angel B. Torres Jr. He is also survived by siblings: Dolores, Altagracia, Luca, Rosa, German A. and Victor Santana; sister-in-law, Ramona Mendez de DeLaCruz; 24 grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to mention; special friends: Rafael Almonte Jr., Aidaluz, Tony Munoz, and Tono and Macho Romero; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 26, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
