Law Firm Announces Name Change to BoltNagi PC

BoltNagi PC is the new name for the prominent St. Thomas law and lobbying firm previously known as Tom Bolt & Associates PC., with the addition of Ravinder S. Nagi as a shareholder in the firm. The 20-year-old law firm serves clients in all aspects of business law, including banking, corporate, real estate, tax, trusts and estate planning, labor and employment law, and civil litigation. The firm also maintains an active government relations and family law practice.

Tom Bolt, founder and managing partner of BoltNagi PC, said, "We are very proud to have Ravi Nagi’s name join ours. The change reflects the overall growth of the firm – growth that’s in large measure due to the outstanding contributions of Ravinder Nagi."
Ravinder Nagi is in his fifth year with the firm and chairs the firms Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, as well as corporate, real estate, and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining BoltNagi PC, Nagi was the supervising attorney for the Housing Department of the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii. He specialized in landlord-tenant civil trials, federal fair-housing law, public housing – H.U.D administrative hearings, and native Hawaiian land rights.
Nagi adds, "I was very excited by the opportunity that was presented to me some five years ago when I first joined the firm, and I look forward to continuing to build one of the premier firms in the United States Virgin Islands with an outstanding litigation practice."
BoltNagi PC is one of the largest firms in the U.S. Virgin Islands with offices located in Charlotte Amalie.
