Established by a longtime St. Croix Foundation trustee, the late Martin Ludington, the goal of the Ludington Fund is to promote reading ability and skills in the English language among the residents of St. Croix. Funded by a donation from West Indian Company Limited (WICO), this program provides grants up to $2000 to registered youth groups on St. Croix.
