Joseph Thomas Ogiste, also known as “Ogiste” or “Joe,” died on Aug. 20, on St. Thomas. He was 67 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Eve Ogiste; daughter,
Veronica Ogiste; stepchildren: Ezra Williams and Curtis Abraham; brother, Henry Ogiste; and sister, Henrina Ogiste. He is also survived by niece, Janet Edwards; nephews: Steve Ogiste and Gregory Bellot; close friend, Teresita Hendricks; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m., on Friday, Aug. 28, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Eastern Cemetery.
