The Virgin Islands Office of Highway Safety will conduct a booster seat clinic at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, July 30, on St. John. Those interested in obtaining a free booster seat are invited to attend and bring the following documents: proof of car insurance, registration and the child’s birth certificate. Parents are also asked to bring the child so that he or she can be fitted for the appropriate seat.
