Fighting Crime in Our Virgin Islands

Dear Source:

President Obama promises jobs and Republicans have become negative detractors as opposed to assisting the president in his valued efforts. The President is wrong in his notion that it is up to the government to provide jobs. He is wrong in stimulating the economy with an influx of taxpayer dollars. And, the people dangerously sit by not knowing what tactics will work but attempting to support the notion as jobs is what they seek and jobs is what he offers. The economic problems can stop with less government action: close down the stock market for sixty (60) days affording it to recover and a chance for it to breathe.
What would happen if President Obama had an American father who could fill in the missing data in his academically inspired world or fill in absences for his youthful exploits in the United States as opposed to only Africa and other countries’ growing experiences? Or, in the absence of an American father he had an American elderly friend who could un-censor history and his academic knowledge of American history offering very tangible variables?
An American father or trusted American elderly would be able to explain to our President that corporations built strong communities to produce a stable supply of their products. Corporations built the company stores, the company schools and company communities not negatively affected by salary demands as salary is a cost in a budget not involving profit. He would learn that corporations do not move because of decreased labor costs but for increase product quality for the labor costs. A better product by a person produces, in a stable sound community, a growing developing economy. A better product, like our athletes exercise in their activities, produces better quality of expectations and products and salary as an inducement produces greater profit for the product produced. Capitalism then stays in the hands of the end consumer as opposed to the stock market and stock market exchanges’ ups and downs’ concepts.
In the face example in Hovensa in our St. Croix United States Virgin Islands where the prominent employees establish a class within the entire gated complex: corporate schools, housing, medical and a sustaining community not needing the services of the outside community. And, the salary paid those inside community workers is a non-profit consideration but a cost factor taken into marketing considerations.
So, Virgin Islanders in order to mature with sophistication we must develop a strong community. We must use our American resources, apple pie, boy scouts, girl scouts and other such groups to defy academic concepts and produce a strong community. Ridiculing community youth groups as intangible youth programs must stop. Adulthood training behaviors are the projected emphases in youth group efforts. Respect parameters are no longer goals taught in any academic forum and machismo is a reality for all species as opposed to gentleness expectations of the females of the species of the humankind. Female of species can be equal without a disdain for motherhood.
God, the simulated bath water, has been thrown out of our of growth and maturation expectations along with “church and state” separation theories. There is no obvious intentional attempt to teach moral, civil and human behavior or even loyalty to country; and, all former civil parameters ignored in deference to the specific selfish individual needs of our citizens. We challenge all interactive reasoning to honor the borders of freedom extended to one another as if individual freedoms are in some way higher than other freedoms. Freedom is not sufficient to die for living is and all attempts and exercises of freedoms must realize the respect and sanctity of life. Freedom without life is an intangible.
So, youth criminals and criminal potentials, realize that adulthood lessons are all we of a sane society owe you. Your attempts to live the better life or to satisfy adulthood questions using youthful definitions must end. We will no longer teach you how to drive under the legal driving age because your youthful curiosity with an adulthood activity will overwhelm your desire not to drive; and, when the adults’ back is turned the curiosity will win and you must drive the car. You must try out the adult information.
We must revolutionize our education process by teaching youth how to learn incidentally inspiring what to learn. We must become advocates of the softer side of education and realize that it is our obligation to insure that our youth have all necessary knowledge to survive and the emphasis must be on respect for the limits and parameters of others in our interactive behavior.
Our girls must demand our boy’s behavior emphasizing the man of their futures. We must teach our youth the behavior that society expects of men and women and then teach the defining of youth fun into adult fun. We as adults must train our youth that the way they dress is not our intention to tell them how to dress but more our attempts to obey the existing rules.
Youth must learn that we accept their behavior to be curious and uncivilized and they must accept our attempts to curb, control and limit their behavior to prepare them to interact favorable with the rest of the world. And, we may begin by searching baggy pants persons as probable cause and reasonable suspicion that they are carrying weapons. Especially, since we have an epidemic among youth crimes probable cause and reasonable suspicion is therefore their baggy dress sustains the search.
Virgin Islanders let us fix our streets, clean our neighborhoods and clean our speech so that we respect the person our freedoms are exercises interactively. These examples and expletives come from years of not asked but voluntarily provided in different and very in-place communities. Committed public servants offer freely their counsel as their experiences were a gain from successes, not merely speculative banter. If you read this carefully you may discover a cry to help the Governor and our new Commissioner of Police, Honorable Norville Francis; they cannot succeed without our help and please let us not be reason they fail.
