Brief: St. Thomas Man Arrested In Villa Break-In

June 12, 2009 — St. Thomas resident Clayton E. Boyce, 31, was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Thursday on St. John in connection with a break in at a local villa.
Police said in a Friday press release that Boyce's bail was set at $25,000. He remains at the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
According to the statement, the villa resident found the front screen cut and items missing from inside the house. He told police he had secured the villa before he left.
The press release indicated that Boyce was arrested following an investigation. The police are continuing their investigation to determine if Boyce was involved in other villa break-ins.
