June 5, 2009 – St. Thomas East End water customers and those in higher elevations should expect to lose water pressure, perhaps completely, Friday. Water and Power Authority personnel are working on a break in the 24-inch potable water pipe in the vicinity of A. H. Riise on the waterfront.
Repairs are expected to be completed by 7 p.m. tonight.
