Dear Source:
Given the myriad of clearly unconstitutional provisions in the draft constitution, I hope the governor’s legal counsel advises him not to sign it. Governor, please do not sign and pass this on to Congress if that would end this process. This is not a time for politics. It is time for common sense.
Most of us should be embarrassed to have Congress see such a document. How do we expect to fare with requests from Delegate Christiansen to Congress to help us in other matters when we are presenting the image of a territory filled with ignorance, outright racial prejudice, and flaunting the law?
