Feafena Alcide Adams Dead at 74

May 6, 2009 – Feafena Alcide Adams of Estate Whim died on May 3. He was 74 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Ruby Monica Phillip Adams; father: Joseph Hodge; children: Cleone Hodge, Caroline, Clement and Catherine Adams; daughter-in-law, Omah Otto Adams; grandchildren: Anthony Jr., Clorecia, Sherifa, Jason, Shantell, Michelle, Chenelle, Rasul, Nicole and Nigel; and great-grandchildren: Tahj, De'Andre and NaTalia. He is also survived by sister, Octavia Lake; brothers: George Adams and Lionel Richardson; special family friends: John Clarke, Sheila Gumbs, Sandra John-Baptiste and Alma Hector; special friends: Henry and Francis Lake, Elneth Lake, Curtis and Ruby Watty, Alfreda Ovesen, Annabel Dublin, George Vanterpool and family, Florence Walters, Mildred Douglas, Mr. and Mrs. Neville Williams, Hycintare Williams, Sharmaine Williams-Stepleton and family, the Carmen Robles family, Albert Rogers and family, Mabel Richardson and family, Avery Fawkes, and Violet Knight and family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9:30 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, May 13, at the Faith Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
