Taxicab Commission Announces Date Change for Class 'C' License Exam

March 25, 2009 – On March 20, the board members of the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission voted to postpone the start date for the Class "C" driver's license examination from April 1 to June 1, according to a press release from the V.I. Taxicab Commission.
During the meeting, an assessment of the current examinations administered by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles revealed that the examinations territory-wide needed to be updated. The Taxicab Commission and the BMV will be working together to revise the examinations in preparation for the new start date of June 1, 2009.
