Ricardo Alfredo Jackson Sr. Dies at 83

March 21, 2009 – Ricardo Alfredo Jackson Sr., also known as "Japan," of Estate Whim died on March 17, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 83 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Annie Mae Jackson; daughters: Sheryl Jackson, Una Jackson and Pearlie Grays; son, Ricardo Jackson Jr.; grandchildren: Yolanda Wright, Tyrone Jackson, Melisha Jackson, Sherray Jackson, Shevvin Fleming, Adrian Solomon, Augustin Mason, Keya Battiste-Romney; and great-grandchildren: Shalyse Wright Bethea, Famous Lopez, Aniya Newman, Demahri Jackson, Zyaun Jackson, Rhalina Fleming, Lataeya Fleming, Charday Mason, Kandis Romney, Raymond Romney, Octavia Jackson and Ajoray Jackson, He is also survived by daughter- in law, Carol Jackson; sister-in law, Flossie Jackson; brother, Hugo Jackson; special friends: Earl Charles, Angeline R. William; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, March 25, at Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Interment follows at Kingshill Cemetery.
