Dear Source:
The delegates who voted against the definitions in the drafting of the territorial constitution are very courageous. It is clearly an emotionally charged issue and requires intellect to show that the definitions will not change the economic status of "natives."The fear of outsiders taking over politically is understandable. However, the outsiders have already taken over economically. How are these definitions going to reverse this trend?
