Jan. 13, 2009 – The Unique defeated the Prankton 4-3 in the St. Croix Region's 4th-round action Sunday at the Drive In. The goal scorers for the Unique were L. Lloyd, 3 and Clinton Harvey, 1. For the Prankton, Q. Rogers scored twice while Anthony Suarez scored the other. In the evening's early game, the Skills edged the Rovers 1-0. The league's leading scorer, Kenyatta Labadie, scored for the winners.
Action will continue Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Complex Field when the 10th-time defending champions, the Helenites, face the Prankton at 6 p.m. followed by the Chelsea and the Unique at 8 p.m.
