The Virgin Islands Association’s Pre-Inaugural Ball at the Hilton Springfield Hotel, Virginia, will be held from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., on Jan. 18. Virgin Islanders will celebrate the pending inauguration of 44th President of the United States Barack Obama. Congresswoman Donna M. Christensen and Governor of the Virgin Islands John P. DeJongh Jr. will speak at the Pre-Inaugural Ball. Image Band and DJ Jamarich will provide entertainment.
Tickets have been sold out as of Jan. 12.
