Virgin Islands Prison Project will have an important meeting at 4 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 11, at Dickie's Bar & Restaurant, on St. Thomas. The agenda will include a letter to the governor, letters to incoming senators of the 28th Legislature, a petition and fax campaign, and coalition building.
