Where Are the Oil Profits Going?

Dear Source:

Is everyone immune to this problem. Oil is at a lowest level in sixteen months, but we are still paying as if oil was $140.00. Even St. John gas is at $4.07. Who is pocketing the cash.
An I the only one who is questioning this…? It's kind of funny, I was filling up at the gas station a few weeks ago and a man approached me. He said he was running for office.
His issue was tax credits for using solar and alternatives, but when I asked him the same question he broke away to talk to someone else. Is the subject taboo. Look, the American public put their faith in the hands of government who has ciphered off 40 % everyone's 401 and put in the hands of…? Same crowd with the gas money.
Eyes wide open…and hopeless.
