V.I. Lowers Mortgage Standards

Dear Source:

It's about time the USVI caught on to what they do in the States with mortgages, i.e. lower the qualifications for unqualified borrowers. This is simple logic.
If retired government employees haven't figured out by now how to feather their nests, they never will. Give them the money! Do they want my house, too? Here take it, since we got ours for free you should too. But you have to cut the grass.
You just gotta love idiots.
