Church Offers Arts and Tutorial After-School Program

Oct. 5, 2008 – Kingshill Lutheran Church invites junior and senior high school students to participate in the Virgin Islands Arts and Tutorial After-School Program. The program began on Thursday, Oct. 2 and will end on Thursday, Dec. 18. It operates from 3:30-5:30 p.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at Island Center.
The free course offerings of the program include: violin and music; dance and singing; and Caribbean arts and history. The student entry fee for the entire program is $20 to cover expenses for materials and snacks. However, this fee may be waived if it creates undue hardship to any family.
