Aug. 18, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission has decided to have a special meeting and a regular meeting. The meetings will now be held at 5 p.m., on Thursday, Aug. 21, and will continue at 4 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 22, at the commission's offices, Barbel Plaza, St. Thomas, according to a press release from the PSC.
