Originally set in March during Virgin Islands History and Women's History Month, the St. Thomas-St. John Library Association has rescheduled its luncheon to honor local librarian Cynthia Richards. The event will be held at 2 p.m., on Sunday, May 18, at Pilgrims Terrace. Previously purchased tickets will be honored.
