Rotary Club Will Have Speaker on Canine Therapy

Howard Cann of Caring Canines Therapy Dogs Inc. will speak at the St. Croix Rotary Club luncheon on the benefits provide by trained dogs to humans in nursing homes, assisted care facilities, hospitals, libraries and families. The Caring Canines training certification program was founded in September 2003 in Florida and has been available on St. Croix since last November.
The luncheon will begin at noon, Thursday, April 10, at Gertrude's Restaurant, Hess Road. Lunch is available at a cost of $15. All Rotarians, their guests and the public are welcome.
