Alert: Frenchtown Could be Without Water Thursday Night

Aug. 28, 2007 — Water and Power Authority customers in Frenchtown will likely be without water from 9 p.m. Thursday to 7 a.m. Friday while WAPA technicians conduct leak-detection surveys.
The survey is part of the authority's ongoing line-loss program, a news release from WAPA said.
"Every effort will be made to avoid water-service interruption or to return service as soon as practical," the release said. Drivers are asked to exercise caution in the Frenchtown area and to obey all traffic directions.
